Joana Torres
is an architect focused on residential and retail projects in New York City. Drawing from more than 15 years of experience, Joana leads each project from concept to completion with clarity and care. We work closely with developers, contractors, and craftspeople to navigate NYC’s codes, permitting, and construction complexities with ease.
Alongside the studio, Joana leads Oficina Design, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting underserved communities through design and construction.
